Common questions
Why can't people comment on my cheers?
On purpose. General cheers are a wave or an emoji from a set we curated. Only a person you've connected with can send short text or voice cheers, and every cheer can be reported or hidden.
Why can't I cheer someone again?
Cheers are one a day per person — a small, steady wave, never a flood. Come back tomorrow and you can cheer them again.
Is HumanFace a health or medical app?
No. HumanFace supports personal accountability between people. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor health conditions and does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency advice.
What if someone bothers me?
You can block any person from their profile or from any cheer they sent (tap ⋯ → Block). Profiles and individual cheers can also be reported; we review every report within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile, your people, every cheer sent and received, and all your connections. This can't be undone.
What's free, and what does Supporter cost?
Cheering the people you care about is free forever — no limits. Being cheered on is free with your first supporter; HumanFace Supporter opens your circle to everyone who wants to root for you, and adds voice cheers, the full palette, photo looks, and your complete history. Kindness is never paywalled.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
